My story began in Queensland. I completed my Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2006 and then my Bachelor of Health Science (Musculokeletal Therapy) degree in 2008. I have worked in several health clinics across Brisbane, before making the move to Melbourne 5 years ago.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of patients, from those with a sports and fitness background, office workers, manual-based professionals, college students, and retirees. I am a strong believer in taking responsibility for one’s own health and receiving maintenance treatments to improve posture, mobility, and well-being. I desire to help individuals achieve this through Myotherapy at the Potter Chiropractic Centre.
I’m an advocate for living well through healthy eating, enjoyable exercise, and being in harmony with mind, body and spirit. As a health therapist I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow to be able to assist patients more effectively. When not helping my patients at the clinic you will always find me out in nature: hiking, mountain climbing and exploring.
