I’m an advocate for living well through healthy eating, enjoyable exercise, and being in harmony with mind, body and spirit. As a health therapist I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow to be able to assist patients more effectively. When not helping my patients at the clinic you will always find me out in nature: hiking, mountain climbing and exploring.
